| Nioma Stephan (pronounced Knee’-o-ma) has been writing for nearly thirty years. She was born and raised in Ohio near Delphos where Ohio’s Miami and Erie Canal existed. Though the canal era ended long before her time, she has always been interested in it. Her first novel Low Bridge is an historical fiction about the life and times surrounding that same Ohio canal.
